| Harold Haugh has demonstrated: |
- A strong commitment to education and has supported and voted yes on every bill introduced that provides funding for K through 12 Education. Scientific research shows that between 80 and 90 percent of the emotional and intellectual "wiring" of the brain, takes place and is set early in life. Acess to quality early learning programs is paramount to our children.
- Investments need to insure that all children graduate from high school. Our children are the ticket to higher education and economic security.
- In 2006, Harold Haugh was appointed to the Commission on Higher Education and Economic Development in Macomb County.
